FOR OLD USERS:

STEP 1: Username is your Profile Code received from 55019.

STEP 2: Password is what you have used to login last year.

STEP 3: If you no longer remember the password used in the 2021 exercise, follow the steps below:

• Click "Forgot Password?"

· You will be required to enter your Profile code and click “send”

· Your new password would be sent to your registered phone number.

• Once the new password has been received, proceed to STEP 4.

STEP 4: To update your intranet profile, follow the steps below:

Click PROFILE from the menu, select Exam Profile Update to complete the required form carefully, then click submit.

FOR NEW USERS:

1. Register with NIMC (if you have not) and obtain your NIN

2. Send USER (leave a Space) “YOURNIN” to 55019 by SMS (e.g. USER 1234567899)

3. You will receive your NIN and a profile code from 55019

4. To login for the first time, follow the steps listed below:

STEP 1: Username is your Profile Code received from 55019.

STEP 2: Password is your NIN Number.

STEP 3: Mandatory Password Change : The system would require you to set a newpassword once you login for the first time and for subsequent logins, you no longer require your NIN as password. You will use your new private password you have just set.

5. Click PROFILE from menu and select Exam Profile Update to complete the required form, then submit.
